I just wanted to share a little about me. I found Slimming World in 2010 and made that first step into group. I was very nervous but, once inside, I was made to feel so welcome. After my first group I went home, read my new member pack and started to make the changes I needed. In the first two weeks I was 9lbs down and already feeling great. With the support of my group, I lost 4 stones and reached target. As you can imagine, losing so much weight changed my life . My own success made me want to help others so I trained to become a Slimming World Consultant. I now run 3 groups and last year my groups achieved the gold award .
