I'd tried fad diets, with short-lived success, but nothing seemed sustainable. I quickly fell in love with the Food Optimising plan because of how simple it was to follow. I couldn't believe how much delicious food I could eat and still lose weight! With the support from Group, I went on to get to my target, losing over 3 stones.
