I joined Slimming World having tried every other 'diet' or diet pill known to man and nothing worked. I had a series of health complications including diabetes, back pain and high blood pressure. I wouldn't leave the house or learn to drive because I felt too ashamed of myself – I became a recluse. I’ve now lost well over 10 stone and won Mr Sleek UK and my life has completely changed and I’m living a full and varied life and not just existing, as I was before. My health has completely changed and I no longer need any of the medication that I previously relied on just to function each day. Please believe you can do this and making that first step will be the hardest but the best you’ll ever make and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
