I joined Slimming in 2015 to support a friend who was losing weight for her wedding. I knew I had gained weight after having 4 children but wasn’t prepared for my weigh-in result. The Consultant was amazing, helping me feel ready to leave the group knowing I could do something about it. I never looked back. After losing 6 stone I realised how important having the right help and support is essential to a slimmer's success. My kids are now all teenagers, but I am proud to say they all have a great understanding of how to cook healthy meals thanks to Slimming World and I have the opportunity to help others in our community.
