Back in March 2020, my asthma was unmanageable, I felt heavy, sluggish and tired all the time. I was 38, but looked much older and I felt frumpy. After losing over 7st and reaching my target weight, I have a new lease of life! Iʼve gone from an uncomfortable size 22 to a size 8-10, and Iʼve got a spring in my step!
