I joined Slimming World when my youngest daughter was one year old. I'd gained three stone during both my pregnancies and had lost all confidence in myself. I didn't feel like "me" anymore. I'm so glad I found Slimming World! I love and believe in the plan so much that I am now a Consultant. I understand all the feelings that come with being overweight: embarrassment, guilt, sadness, frustration, just generally putting life on hold because you're not comfortable in your own skin. I know that losing weight is not just about what we put in our mouths. It's so much easier to do with the help, support and encouragement of me and your friends in group. My motto is that if I can do it, so can you! Roni x
