I myself joined this very group, back in January 2008, feeling nervous, anxious and not sure of what I'd let myself in for! From the very moment I'd walked through those doors I was met by such warmth and friendliness that I've never looked back, successfully losing over four and half stone. I have now trained to be a Consultant myself and Food Optimising has changed my life forever.
