Slimming World changed my life and it can change yours too. I was overweight, fed up and looking for help, those first steps into group in 2008 changed my life forever. I'm delighted to be running THE London Marathon in April 2024 as part of the Slimming World Team! 4.5 stones lighter & maintained target for over 15 years. Our Linwood group has just celebrated 14 years! And Lochwinnoch had it's first birthday recently! We're all so committed to losing weight, to supporting each other & getting to target & staying there. What's more we have loads of fun in the process – sharing ideas, recipes & supporting each other the whole way. I'm so excited about meeting you. We hope to see you in one of our warm, friendly & supportive groups soon.
