Hi, I'm Sam! Having lost 4 and a half stones myself, I am passionate about the Slimming World plan and the difference it can make to the way we feel about ourselves. I especially love that I am still able to enjoy all my favourite foods, without hunger or deprivation... AND lose weight! Slimming World has changed my life and so I became a Consultant to support and motivate others on their own weight loss journeys. I can't wait to meet you! x
