Why not let me help you x I was a young mum, depressed, anxious and hiding away, comfort eating to make myself feel better (so I thought) A mum at school suggested Slimming World - I was so scared, fear of failure was immense. In January 2010 I walked through the doors weighing 20 stone, but I'm so glad I did, as I immediately felt at ease and supported. So impressed with food choices, never hungry. I enjoy curries, enchiladas even full English, we eat out regularly. Love that it fits with my family too. I’ve lost 9 1/2 stone and kept it off for 8 years! I’m confident, fitter, healthier and I now marathon run for fun!!
