Hi. I started as a Slimming World Consultant in 2010 after losing 6 stone following the Slimming World Food Optimising plan. I am passionate about helping others lose weight and my sessions are warm and friendly groups. I absolutely understand how it feels to be overweight, the struggles as you try to lose weight, making changes and breaking lifelong habits and how fantastic you feel as you achieve goals, lose weight and achieve your dream weight - in fact, every emotion.
