Like others, I stopped attending Slimming World, re-joined, left and after some health issues I gained weight, going up to 16st, a size 22. I lost some weight on my own but just couldn't shift the rest before my holiday of a lifetime to Florida. I hated the pics and decided the time was right to join another group. That was in 2017 and in 2018 I reached my target weight. Food Optimising got me there and I truly believe that I wouldn't have made it on my own. I decided I wanted to help others achieve their dreams and became a Consultant in 2023. I love my job and wouldn't want to do anything else. The highest 1st week loss I've seen in my group is 10.5lbs - how amazing! I love seeing those members getting awards and ultimately target.
