I joined Slimming World in March 2022, with my 40th birthday approaching. I made a vow to lose weight, setting my initial goal at 40lbs. Having done Slimming World a few years earlier, I knew I could do it, but overcoming the guilt and shame I felt from regaining the weight and walking back through those doors was hard. With the help of my lovely Consultant and group, though, I was welcomed back with no judgement, and with their support I reached my target in under a year! I became a Consultant so that I could support others in the same way I was supported, and help to make their lives happier and healthier. I want YOU to feel on top of the world like I do! Our group is super-friendly and fun, and it's truly where magic happens!
