My journey started when my neighbour told me that there was a fabulous Group that could help me to lose weight and brought me along to the Sevenoaks Slimming World Group. I expected it to be a restrictive calorie controlled diet, but it wasn't - I'm now enjoying filling generous healthy delicious meals - I can't believe how much I can eat! I've lost over 7 stones and it has been totally life-changing for me. I know Slimming World can change lives and for this reason, I'm passionate about the Slimming World plan.
