I joined Slimming World around 8 years ago with one thing on my mind, I wanted to lose as much weight as possible so I could have IVF. It turns out that with the help of Slimming World and Food Optimising I didn't need IVF as we ended up with our son naturally after 11 years of trying. This was down to my weight loss. I have lost 11 stone and currently I'm a target member. I feel amazing and have lots of energy. My group is so full of love and support and guidance to help get you to reach your Personal Achievement Target, too.
