A friend told me about Slimming World after she’d lost a lot of weight and was never hungry - I'm so glad she didn’t keep it a secret! I joined a local group and couldn’t believe the welcoming support I received on my first night. Food Optimising is easy to follow and suits all the family, so no cooking separate meals and you can still enjoy limited treats.
