I've been a member on and off for years. I put 3 stone over after lockdown. Many things changed including my clothes and confidence. My daughter and I joined together and now are both at target, sharing one another's clothes! I feel inspired and alive again to share the journey with others. I am now a re-joining Consultant after 7 years away. I was a Consultant for 12 years and I have never loved a job more. The member success, chat in group, fun, ways to lose weight with changes fitting it around individual, like-minded people's lifestyles is the best feeling ever to be a part of...along with Food Optimising and never being hungry.
