I thought I'd tell you a little about me as I think its important that you know I understand just what it like to struggle with a weight problem. 12 yrs ago, I received my photos from my holiday - I remember sitting there excited to look at the snaps and thinking that the shop must have given us the wrong pictures, when I saw this person on the beach still dressed in a skirt and t-shirt, as who does that in 40 degrees! Then I realised it was me and my heart sunk! My friend started telling me about Slimming World, so I joined straight away and went on to lost 3 stones.
