I joined Slimming World in January 2018. It was the best decision I made. I needed to lose weight for 3 weddings but have osteoarthritis in both hips. I needed a plan that was going to change my life and, boy it did. I used the Slimming World plan and slowly introduced swimming to my routine. I made lots of new friends and gave myself that hour, I deserved for individual motivation group experience.
