Hi, I’m Julie and I’m the Consultant for Cheslyn Hay and Great Wyrley . When I first made the decision to walk through the doors of a Slimming World group, I felt nervous and anxious, however I was soon made to feel welcome and everyone was very friendly. I was amazed by the amount of food I could eat while Food Optimising. I was thinking 'how can I eat all this food and lose weight’? It’s amazing! The help and support offered is fab and even now I always stay for support in IMAGE Therapy.
