Being overweight was always something that put stoppers in anything that I wanted to do. I remember being on holiday and really hating the pictures that I was in, so I decided to do something about it. On July 13th 2015 I walked into a Slimming World Group and never looked back. Filling up on unlimited amounts of Free Food meant never going hungry and enjoying the meals I loved allowed me to lose over seven stones! I became a Consultant in January 2017 to be able to spread the love that I have for Food Optimising with others and allow people to feel the way I do now, confident and happy!
