I became a Slimming World Consultant in 2001 after having three children and needing to lose weight. I joined a warm friendly group and lost 4st 7lbs in nine months. It was the best decision of my life! Food Optimising taught me how to lose weight while still eating all of my favourite dishes and being able to feed my family the same healthy, filling meals too – Spaghetti bolognese, curry, Slimming World chips and unlimited amounts of fabulous Free Foods.
