After seeing my reflection in a shop window next to a Slimming World poster I joined... WOW it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. Last year I was diagnosed with lung disease (C.O.P.D.) - I thought my life was over, I lost my job because I couldn't cope with the amount of walking I needed to do, it was a really bad time in my life. Now, a few months later, I'm 2½ stones lighter and I feel 10 years younger. I'm back at the gym and life is great again, plus I've got a new job with Slimming World. I cannot wait to tell everyone how fantastic Slimming World is and how life changing it can be!
