I'd love you to join me and my fabulous members. I became a Consultant over 15 years ago after I lost over 3 stone. I learnt how to eat healthily and make smart swaps with no need to be hungry. As I had just been made redundant what a great opportunity to put all I had learnt into a new role and help others achieve their weight loss goals too. With a big family, busy social life and my other role as a fitness coach, Slimming World gave me that weekly support starting with IMAGE Therapy after my weigh in and then bags of ongoing support with their fabulous website, app and podcasts.
