Faith at Chineham Village Hall

Hello, Iʼm Faith and I joined Slimming World to lose 3½st after I had my first child. I continued Food Optimising while pregnant (three more times) and also while breastfeeding, to keep the weight off and stay healthy. Slimming World’s plan enables me to live a lifestyle that both I and my family can enjoy. I now have four children and one of them is coeliac – but we all eat the same foods without missing out on anything. Some of our favourites are chilli and rice, ham, egg and Slimming World chips, lasagne and, of course, a Sunday roast! Iʼm about to enter my 19th year as a Consultant and I still feel that I have the BEST job in the world. I love helping members just like you to achieve their weight loss dreams!
