Karen at Old Dagenham Methodist Church

My name is Karen, I have been a Consultant since 2013 after losing nearly 3 stone, getting to target and being inspired by my Consultant and other members. The hours are perfect, giving me time to spend with the family. I run AM and PM groups in Barking and Dagenham. The job is so rewarding as I get to meet a lot of people and help them on their weight loss journeys. Along the way lots of members have got to their ideal target weight, and as well as not having to pay any more, they play a vital part in group by letting members realise what they can achieve. Everyone is welcome, whether they are brand new to SW, rejoining or visiting from another group. I have a mixture of male and female members. Come along, grab a cuppa and a seat.
