Since joining Slimming World I've never looked back! Being a mum of two and working full time, other weight loss plans just didn't work for me. It was only after joining Slimming World and listening to my Consultant explain how Food Optimising worked, that I knew it was the plan for me. I was excited to get started and achieved my target weight in 18 weeks!
