Lorraine at York & District Indoor Bowls Club

After baby number five and suffering from depression, my weight spiralled out of control. I knew I had to do something or I probably wouldn’t be around to watch my children grow up. I walked into my first Slimming World group full of fear... what a shock I got! I was warmly welcomed and reassured that the scary number on the scales would change and they did. With the fabulous Food Optimising plan and support of the friends I made in group I lost over 7st in 13 months. Our groups are warm and welcoming with tons of support and fun. I hope to see you there.
