After battling with my weight for over 25 years and trying almost everything, a friend suggested I try Slimming World. I went along because I was desperate and miserable.It was friendly, welcoming, non-judgemental. I quickly realised I had found the perfect plan for me. I learned to love my food every day and never went hungry. Slimming World changed my life & me so much, I couldn't wait to help & support others in my community to achieve their dreams too. Every week we support each other and celebrate success as well as sharing food ideas and recipes. Group is there for everyone and Food Optimising works for everyone. What are you waiting for?
