Hello, and a very warm welcome to Slimming World! My name is Lesley and Iʼm a Consultant at Redruth Rugby Club. I joined Slimming World as a member 18 years ago, and at the time I needed to lose 4st. I had yo-yo dieted for years, and on each occasion put more weight on. So when I hit a size 18, I knew it was time to change my life and my eating habits for good. Within just eight weeks, Iʼd lost a stone and I was absolutely delighted. I found that I was able to eat plenty of food and still enjoy some treats – all while losing weight. And once I reached my target weight (and had bought some size-10 jeans!), I was able to comfortably maintain my weight without any difficulty. A Slimming World group really is the best place to be! ,
