Hello, my name is Iona. Ever since I can remember I have been unhappy with my weight, that was until I found Slimming World and the power of IMAGE Therapy which helped me realise that I can still eat all of my favourite foods such as fish and chips, pizza and even pasta and still lose weight thanks to Food Optimising! I've even managed to lose weight following the birth of my little boy and fit in some Body Magic too. I cannot wait to meet you in group and help you achieve your target weight and stay there!
