Hi, my name is Enfys and I run three fabulous and friendly Slimming World groups at Narberth, Whitland and Carmarthen. Among us we have many inspirational members who’ve achieved amazing weight losses and come on amazing journeys with us. We have many attending inspiring target members too - who’ve achieved their weight loss dreams and are happy to share recipes and ideas. They, like me, look forward to meeting you and telling their amazing stories, tips and handy hints for losing weight and feeling great.
