I’m Debbie and joined Slimming World to lose weight. I’d tried every diet going but had never found something I could stick to. Then in September 2015 a Slimming World group opened near my home. I went along with my best friends , I listened to the Consultant who told me I didn’t need to go hungry and that I would still be able to enjoy a glass of wine!! Win, win! I couldn’t believe it when I lost 5.5lbs in my first week! I loved going to the group on Saturday mornings and loved the way that everyone in the group was on your side. I went on to lose 2 stone and felt so much better. In September 2016 I opened my own group and I love seeing my members losing weight and growing in confidence. I would love to help you too 😊x
