I joined Slimming World as a member 15 years ago and became a Consultant 6 months into my journey. My daughter was born the following year and Slimming World helped me through my pregnancy. When the extra easy plan was introduced I managed to lose 2 stone in 5 months and have maintained the weight loss ever since. Being able to eat family meals that are Slimming World friendly makes life much easier. I find that the Slimming World magazines are inspirational and always have great new recipes. In group we have taster nights where we bring something new to try and this leads to lots of food talk and learning new recipe ideas. We have had some really good weight loss awards. The beauty of Slimming World is never having to feel hungry.
