Hello! I'm Charlene and I'm thrilled that you're thinking of joining one of my Slimming World groups. I know how hard it can be to step through those doors and begin this weight loss journey - but believe me, once you have made that huge step you'll never never regret it. I joined in January 2016 and reached a four stone weight loss. I was amazed at the variety of foods I could eat and still come in with a weight loss through Food Optimising. I'm still on my journey too so I know exactly how you feel each week as I too go through it - week in week out, 52 weeks a year.
