When I first joined Slimming World in 2014 my first thought was wow, how on earth could I eat all this food still lose weight? Well it soon became apparent that I could with Food Optimising. Nothing was over limits, not even my favourite chocolate or wine. I have lost 3 stones and now I am a local Consultant. Finding out that you can lose weight while continue to eat tasty real meals, and meeting a bunch of amazing and inspiration people, is like nothing you will have experienced before.
