Our group is so warm, friendly and welcoming. My members are astounding – they have lost a huge amount of weight between them. They inspire me by sharing so many fantastic food ideas, recipes and support, and we have lots of fun, laughs, smiles and commitment every single week. Come join us and let us support you on your weight loss journey too! I joined Slimming World in February 2011, after seeing a photo of myself and realising I had lost myself as a person. My weight had taken over my confidence. I went on to lose two stones and now feel that I have found myself again. Slimming World has given me my health, happiness and confidence back.
