I joined my local Slimming World group when my weight had spiralled out of control and I was desperate for help and I am so glad that I joined. Food Optimising with Slimming World and losing over 9 stones has completely changed my life. I love the fact that I can still enjoy all my favourite meals, from a full cooked breakfast, to burgers, to steak and chips, curries and even a full roast dinner. I would even say that I enjoy food even more now because Slimming World has taken away the guilt and shame that I used to feel around food. My mission in group is to have every member leaving each week with all the idea’s and inspiration needed to be successful, plus have a whole load of fun in the process.
