I wouldn’t be where I am today without the fabulous help and support of Slimming World and the Extra Easy plan. I joined Slimming World to find that happier, healthier me - and after losing 5.5 stone it’s now my time to help members. Our group is full of lovely members - all of them Food Optimising experts! More importantly though, they are friends who will support you every step of the way along your weight loss journey. Staying to group is where the magic really happens as you will share tips and tricks, meal ideas and recipes with each other.
