Gemma at Ratby Methodist Church

Four years ago I found and joined Slimming World and it was the best decision I ever made. Within 3 months I had reached my target losing a total of 22lbs and I felt amazing. I stayed to target for 2 and half years then I lost my dad. Then I started to get back into bad eating habits. After having my 2nd son in April of this year I decided to get back to Slimming World and get back to target. I love Slimming World because I can enjoy tasty meals with my family and never go hungry. I've re-launched the group in Ratby and I cannot wait to get started and help my members achieve their weight loss dreams!
