I joined Slimming World as a member in 1992, lost 4 stone 7 pounds and never looked back. My highest weight loss in my group is a staggering 15 stone! Our group is friendly and supportive of each other. We have received lots of national awards, including 'group of the year' three times and nominations for ten years.
