Victoria at The Spire

I started my SW journey as a member in March this year. I was the heaviest weight I’d ever been and I was the lowest I’d felt because I had lost my confidence, self-esteem, and my health was being effected. I earned an all expenses paid trip to Tenerife with my work The Body Shop at Home, and I didn’t want to go, because of how I felt. Instead, I chose to join SW and do something about it. I had 2 months to make some changes, I Food Pptimised 100% and lost 1.5 stone before flying to Tenerife! I continued my journey and now I’m about to achieve my 5 stone award! I am me again, I have my confidence back. I am now healthy and happy. I know the difference it’s made to me and my life, and I hope to inspire and help others achieve their goals.
