Hi I've have been a member for some years, struggled with commitment and stopped and restarted my journey a few times! If this sounds familiar I get it. For a couple of years I've been chasing my target - that dream weight. Once I stopped telling myself I can't achieve it and stopped thinking about that number and refocused on enjoying the wonderful nutritious foods I can eat my weight losses have returned. I have learnt so much more since becoming a Consultant and I love seeing the smiles of success on people's faces when they get it and helping those who struggle to find their way. Touching hearts and changing lives is amazing.
