I am dedicated to help as many people as possible to achieve their dreams because I know what it's like to suffer with the misery of being overweight. 7 years ago, I was alone, overweight, suffering with both depression and mobility issues because of my weight... I was lost. Thank goodness I found group because not only am 5 stones lighter with the support of my group I'm literally a different person. I'm fitter, stronger and clear of those health problems for good. Finally, my kids have the happy, healthy mummy they deserve. If you’re feeling like I did please don't suffer alone.
