I joined Slimming World in March 2010 and have lost over 16 stones – it’s changed my life! I know exactly what it’s like to try, and often struggle, to lose weight but I also know with Slimming World we can achieve anything we want to. With Slimming World’s Food Optimising I’ve never been hungry, and I can still enjoy all my favourite foods and a little tipple.
