Welcome to our fabulous award-winning Slimming World group. I joined Slimming World to lose weight and become healthier. I’ve lost over 9 stones, but it’s not about the weight I’ve lost it’s the life I now have. I’m so much more confident and I now enjoy exercising as part of my healthy lifestyle even ran a half marathon a couple of years ago from the lady who couldn’t run for a minute before Slimming World. I still enjoy my chocolate treat as nothing is banned with Food Optimising. My Members are friendly, supportive, understanding and enjoy their Wednesday night out to their Slimming World group. We laugh, support and sometimes tears but tears of joy when we inspire our Members to achieve their dreams.
