Slimming World has changed my life. I was so unhappy, lacked self-confidence and hated shopping for clothes! Then when my best friend lost her life, I realised something had to change. I’ve reached my target weight of 5 stone loss and haven’t looked back. Since hitting target, I've taken up running and have recently entered the Race For Life 10K – plus I love shopping for new clothes! No matter what, you’re guaranteed a warm welcome at Slimming World.
