I lost 5st with Slimming World after joining in November 2008, and Iʼm still in love with Food Optimising! I understand exactly how it feels to want to lose weight – and the pressure we put ourselves under to do it. I also know just how much the support of attending a Slimming World group helped me with my weight loss and I want you to experience that, too. Iʼve been a Consultant since January 2010, and I run a fabulous, friendly group. Everyone is there for the same reason and will always offer support and motivation to help you all the way to achieving your target weight.
