I joined Slimming World over 14 years ago and initially lost over 3 stones to reach my target weight. I joined Slimming World when I came back from the holiday of a lifetime to Cambodia and Vietnam and was horrified with my holiday snaps. I attend a group as a member and losing weight has changed my life. I’m now so much more confident and outgoing. I’m a firm believer in Food Optimising and know it really works. I’ve ran groups for 12 years and I’m excited to be running the Cleckheaton groups.
