My favourite part of being a Sliming World Consultant is meeting all my members. I love introducing people to the freedom and flexibility of Food Optimising. Helping people to start to love and enjoy food without the feeling of guilt is the best role in the world. For me, being able to lose weight but also cook for the whole of my family together has been a massive change in our lives.
